With Forge, you can choose who pays for postage. Either centralize billing to your platform’s account, or have your sub-accounts pay directly to EasyPost.
Self-Managed Billing: Have your sub-accounts pay your business directly, and we’ll charge the postage cost to you. This allows your shippers to purchase labels without leaving your platform while you maintain control over their transactions.*
EasyPost-Managed Billing: Have your sub-accounts submit their credit card or ACH information, and we’ll charge the postage to them. This approach allows you to get started without building your own payment system and eliminates financial liability for your shippers.
